My Approach & Intention:

I want to approach my endometriosis with kindness, love and understanding. I am not angry or resentful towards it. It is a part of me and I respect the reality of it. I will nourish my body & create the optimal environment with the best holistic/nutritious/scientific resources possible to help it repair, rebuild and protect itself.

I named it Phil in an effort to humanize it, I believe through doing so I can positive influence it through my thoughts and energy.

Food Guidelines & Supplements

Eating Guidelines

🥑 Breakfast First. Food before workout or caffeine. Whenever possible I eat 1st thing. Always savory/fat/carb, not sugar/sweet.

🥛❌ No Dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt etc.)

🥓❌ No Processed Meats, Reduced Red Meat intake 3/x mo

☕️❌ No Caffeine (green tea okay)

🍷❌ No Alcohol

🍞 ❌ Gluten (will sometimes eat homemade sourdough 1x/week)

🫘❌ Legumes (temporarily out)

🐠 Increase deep/cold water fish 3x/wk(salmon, anchovies, mackrel, cod)

🍯No Refined Sugars - honey, agave, dates, maple: ok only in small quantities

💊 Daily Supplement Schedule

Before taking any supplements, I always drink my morning detox water first. This contains a little olive oil to help with any vitamin/mineral absorption. I also will try to first eat a small meal before taking the rest of my supplements or doing a workout.
