Glass of warm filtered water, add the following:

• MSM Powder (1 tsp)
• Zeolite Powder (1 tsp)
• Magnesium Citrate (1 tsp)
• Apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon (splash)
• Powdered ginger (to taste, I put a lot 😝)
• Olive oil (splash)

Mix all together, I use a milk frother to blend all.
